This has rounded out with maturity, though still impressively vibrant. When first opened, the aromas and flavors were rich and refined, with white orchard fruits, minerals and spice. Allowed a little time to breathe, it blossomed with more generosity. Ripe peaches and honey joined the aromatic mix. It was more expansive on the palate – rich and vibrant, mingling ripe peaches, pears and spice, with striking minerality. Nuances of white flowers and honey - a hint of tangerine – more complexity with every sip and lingering length.
