The star of Pavelot’s Savignys, and one of the best vineyards in the appellation, showing off its complexity and power with signature class. Rich with black cherries and wild raspberries, accented with winter spices, minerals, floral notes, cocoa and more – its aromas and flavors expanding in the glass as it breathes. Intense and vibrant, with penetrating flavors and sense of structure that promises to carry it long into the years ahead. Absolutely delicious now, but Dominode has much to offer if allowed to evolve over time. Lots of old vines, many going back to the 1930’s, with some planted in the 1970’s and 1990’s.
